Так вот, когда они шлют письма на домены, где настроена SPF проверка, то получают NDR с кодом 5.7.1
В справке у них на сайте есть раздел как это пофиксить.

Most of the time, you probably won't be able to fix this problem on your own. Either the recipient or the recipient’s email administrator has to update their email settings. However, here are a few things you can try.

То есть - попроси адресата сделать так, чтобы он получал письма от вас :)
Мы не хотим правильно настраивать SPF, прогибайтесь под нас.
